Our organizations; The Institute of Agricultural Entrepreneurship (IAE) Managed by The PAL Charity India Foundation has a focused and strong vision and mission to see our budding entrepreneurs and large mass of Youths (Both men and women) of the state/country as “Entrepreneur” resorting to commercial Agro-based enterprises in rural and urban areas. We desire to see the progressive farmers / educated unemployed youths/startup entrepreneurs / innovators to become more Entrepreneurial in nature. Assistance/support services from extension workers (Govt.and Private) along with other facilitating /mentoring institutions has come up in a big way to commercialize the Agricultural Production, Processing, Value addition, and market-based enterprises in an Agri-Business mode.

The commercialization of innovative technologies of various institutions through agri-business development is the need of the hour. Also, we can be able to stop heavy flow of bulk quantity of raw materials and finished goods being procured from other states to Odisha saving crores of our state’s revenues by means of huge raw materials Production, Processing and finished product manufacturing through commercial ventures. The Institute of Agricultural Entrepreneurship (IAE) is dedicatedly working in accelerating agricultural entrepreneurship development in ON-FARM and OFF-FARM sectors following the guidelines of the State and Central Govt. The whole purpose and focus of the State and Central Govt. are to exploit opportunities for gainful employment and generation of sustainable income for millions of people in the State/Country. In above context; entrepreneurship drive in Agriculture and Allied sectors is the sole path to prosperity of many in the state.
