One of the numerous challenges in India's healthcare sector has been a lack of
access to quality services for the poor and marginalised communities. This is largely due to
the country's dismal investment in public healthcare, which is only 1% of GDP and among the
lowest in the world.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the healthcare infrastructure was put to the test, exposing
its flaws. We work in a variety of areas, including child and reproductive health,
nutrition, disease early detection, and communicable disease treatment.
